Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop effective business relationships with new and existing customers within Kendra South-East & Southern division
- Manage accounts within our customer portfolio
- Forecast order input amounts, and timings
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify new business potential in respect of new and existing customers. Lead and drive new initiatives as they are developed for the market
- Assist in the planning of and taking part in marketing, promotion and customer entertainment activities
- Liaise with project delivery teams to ensure customer expectations are realised
About you
- Previous experience in a Sales/Account Manager role together with a track record of success in a similar role
- Technical qualification relevant to BEMS offers i.e. Electrical/mechanical
- Ability to connect with people and build relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Determination to deliver an outstanding level of customer satisfaction
- Flexible and self-motivated
- Passion for Technology & Innovation
- Full Driving License
