We are delighted to announce that BMS Energy Controls Ltd based in Scotland have joined the Kendra family!
BMS Energy Controls Ltd, a leading BEMS systems and service provider, have been acquired by Kendra Energy Solutions Ltd and will be joining the existing regional teams.
BMS Energy Controls Ltd based in Glasgow, Aberdeen and Edinburgh carry out BEMS project installations, BEMS service and Energy optimisation projects for commercial real estate and Facilities Management customers.
Chris Mills joint MD of Kendra Energy Solutions, commented: “We have known the management team at BMS Energy Controls for some time and we see their existing business in Scotland as a perfect fit to our growing nationwide structure and a great addition to our existing Scottish regional business.
