University College London has awarded Kendra Energy Solutions the service & maintenance contract for Building Management Systems with a term of up to 5 years following the OJEU procurement process.
The contract is to provide a high quality maintenance service of both Trend and Schneider Electric Building Management Systems across the entire campus.
As a Trend Technology Centre and partner of Schneider Electric, Kendra are able to fully support both systems while providing impartial advice to focus on the best solution for UCL to modernise their Building Management Systems in order to benefit from new technologies.
Throughout the term of the contract Kendra will be looking at innovative ways of delivering the service to eliminate inefficiencies, pinpoint top energy, maintenance and comfort priorities through the use of analytical software.
