Kendra scoops up ‘Best Service and Maintenance Provider’ at the 2023 BCIA Awards
We’re ‘best service and maintenance’ champions!
Once again, we’ve won ‘Best Service and Maintenance Provider’ at the prestigious BCIA Awards. The awards ceremony, which took place in May 2023, is the biggest event in the BEMS calendar. Attracting top industry talent from across the UK, BEMS professionals battle it out for ten distinct award titles.
We had some tough competition, so to be shortlisted for all three award categories we entered was fantastic. We were finalists for: Energy Management, Young Engineer of the Year and – of course –Best Service and Maintenance Provider.
The Best Service and Maintenance Provider Award goes to the company that best demonstrates outstanding customer service. So, to be singled out for this award not once but THREE times in the last eight years is a real testament to our customer-led teams.
New and prospective customers can therefore rest assured that with Kendra, they’ll be in the most capable hands.
How did we win Best Service and Maintenance Provider?
This year, we showcased some of the work we’ve been doing with the University of Bristol. Since being awarded a services contract in 2018, we’ve supported the university with PPM and numerous other projects; from lifecycle upgrades and energy efficiency strategies to the creation of bespoke graphics.
What made us a standout candidate for this award is our personal, collaborative approach to customer service, allowing us to gain meaningful insights into customer wants and needs.
We worked closely with the university to create a futureproofed system, which can be adapted and tailored to suit its ever-evolving needs. Our bespoke graphics and design work gave the university an extremely in-depth look at system performance. Here’s what the university had to say about us:
